The Story Behind Your Beautiful Heart

I created this deck from my own journey through depression, self-doubt, healing, yoga, and rediscovering myself.

There was a time when I felt disconnected, empty, and far from the person I knew myself to be. In many ways, I felt as though I had lost myself. I carried a great deal of guilt and often struggled to see my own light. Yoga and mindful reflection helped me find moments of hope when I needed them most, and over time, helped me reconnect with myself in a deeper way. 

 

The reflections and practices in this deck are inspired by those experiences and are offered as gentle reminders that the light within you is always there, even when it feels difficult to see.

 

I chose the name Your Beautiful Heart because healing did not come from becoming someone new. It came from remembering who I already was beneath the fear, self-doubt, and struggle. 

 

My hope is these cards help you create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. That they encourage you to trust your inner wisdom, meet yourself with compassion, and remember that you are never as lost as you may feel.

 

Even in our darkest seasons, there is often a small spark of light waiting to be noticed. Your Beautiful Heart is an invitation to nurture that light and remember it has been within you all along.
