Yoga is for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. My classes/sessions are light-hearted, include the philosophy of yoga and provide variations to poses for all abilities. About Me

Life is a Balance

I am Registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and a Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher with additional training in Meditation and Yin Yoga (75 Hours), including Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation, and a White Light Reiki Master Teacher. I recently became Barre Above Certified. 

 

I began my Yoga journey in 2007 to relieve lower back pain but found yoga to be much more than just stretching. After practicing Yoga for 10 years and realizing not only the physical benefits but also the mental, I was inspired to share my love of yoga and engage with other open-minded individuals. I continue to be a student and practice yoga and meditation regularly.

My Teachers

My very first yoga teacher was a student of Darma Mittra. I also credit my love for yoga to my other teachers who trained through YogaWorks, Sivananda, and Jivamukti. If it were not for them, I would not be a Yoga Teacher. Each one of them has a place in my heart.
